Chem Shield Crack Repairs
Poured concrete cracks can now be repaired using the Chemical Shield method. Hydra Shield uses cutting edge chemistry to suture each crack with microscopic crystallization.
This barely visible crack would allow over five gallons of water to seep into the home during an average rain.
The crack must be opened and v-grooved.
The v-grooved crack is now cleaned and pre-treated with a reactive agent.
Chem Shield is now applied to our crack and the primary chemical reaction begins to activate. Microscopic crystallization starts with the reaction of our two chemicals.
A water tight finishing agent is now filled and smoothed over the Chem Shield. This wall will cure for up to one year. Microscopic sutures grow and fill the open pores.
